Weight may affect smokers' breast cancer risk (Associated Press, 3 April 2011)

A study on risk factors for breast cancer, presented at a meeting of the American Association for Cancer Research in Florida, USA, found that smoking increases the risk of developing breast cancer in women with a BMI under 30 (non-obese and overweight women), but not in obese women (those with a BMI over 30).
