Taking a stroll after meals can tackle diabetes

Published in Diebetologia, scientists from the UK call for a change in guidelines regarding the recommendation of exercise for those suffering type 2 diabetes. The team found those who went for a walk within 5 minutes of finishing their meal had a blood sugar reduced by 22% after their walk.
