Six meals a day may be better than three for those who weigh too much

According to a study presented at the European Association for the Study of Diabetes Annual Meeting, obese individuals with pre-diabetes or type two diabetes that ate ‘little and often’ had far better blood sugar control than those who ate three large meals.
