Pregnant women with asthma are 17% more likely to have pre-eclampsia

Research published in The Journal of Allergy and Clinical Immunology: In Practice reports that women with asthma are 17% more likely to develop pre-eclampsia, and are also at risk of having a caesarean section, underweight babies and short pregnancies.
