Physical activity lowers diabetes risk in women during perimenopause

Research, published in the Journal of Clinical Endocrinology & Metabolism, suggests that increased physical activity and a lower calorie diet can lower the risk of diabetes and metabolic syndrome in women transitioning to menopause.
