Panel recommends against hormone therapy (Reuters, 29 May 2012)

An analysis of previous clinical trials has concluded that when women take hormone replacement therapy to ease hot flushes or some chronic conditions, they face a complicated mixture of benefits and costs from the treatment. The findings are published in the Annals of Internal Medicine.
