Obesity should be considered a disease

In a BMJ report, John Wilding, professor of medicine at the University of Liverpool and Vicki Mooney, executive director of the European Coalition for People living with Obesity, say that obesity should be classified as a disease to reduce stigma and encourage people to seek treatment.
