Lack of sleep linked to fizzy drinks craving and leading to increased likelihood if diabetes

Researchers from California found that those who regularly suffered from a lack of shut eye drank a fifth more caffeine and sugar-containing drinks. The research was ublished in the journal Sleep Health.
