Identification of the optimal screening threshold for gestational diabetes

Investigators analysing gestational diabetes data have suggested that the optimal first step cut off for additional screening would be a blood sugar level of 135 mg/dl for women carrying twins; this differs significantly from their recommendation for single pregnancies. Diabetes News
