Hormone 'to restart reproduction' (BBC news online, 17 March 2009)

Researchers have shown that giving the hormone kisspeptin to women with infertility can restore their reproductive hormone levels, showing kisspeptin as potential future therapy for infertility. This research was carried out by Dr Waljit Dhillo and colleagues at Imperial College London and was presented at the Society for Endocrinology BES 2009 conference in Harrogate.
