Hormonal maintenance therapy may improve survival in women with rare serous carcinoma

For women with a rare subtype of chemo-resistant epithelial ovarian or peritoneum cancer, hormone maintenance therapy may significantly improve survival, according to a new study in the Journal of Clinical Oncology.
