GM soybean oil leads to less obesity and insulin resistance but is still harmful to liver

According to a study, published in Nature Scientific Reports, although a genetically-modified soybean oil was associated with lower risk of obesity and insulin resistance, it did not have beneficial effects on risk of diabetes or fatty liver disease.
