Glucocorticoids in pregnancy and offspring paediatric diseases (Medical News Today, 19 December 2011)

Researchers from the University of Basel, Switzerland studied the offspring of women taking inhaled glucocorticoids for the treatment of asthma during pregnancy and show that they are not at an increased risk of developing most paediatric diseases, but there was an association with endocrine and metabolic conditions.
