Eating more at breakfast than dinner may help prevent obesity (1)

According to a study published in the Journal of Clinical Endocrinology & Metabolism, eating a large breakfast and a small evening meal may help prevent obesity and high blood sugar, as thermogenesis is twice as high at breakfast time.
