Divorced women at greater risk of suffering heart attack

Rising levels of cortisol and adrenaline following a marital breakup can have long-lasting health impact on couples, and women are at greater risk than men of suffering a heart attack, according to a new study in Circulation: Cardiovascular Quality & Outcomes.
