Delaying pregnancy may reduce risk of ovarian cancer

Women who give birth to their first child in their mid-30s or later may have a lower risk of ovarian cancer compared with those who give birth to their first child earlier than that, says a new study presented at the American Association for Cancer Research annual meeting.
