Circadian dysregulation may increase risk of type-2 diabetes

A disconnect between natural circadian rhythms and imposed work schedules may be predisposed to a higher risk of developing type-2 diabetes and heart disease, according to a study published in the Journal of Clinical Endocrinology and Metabolism.
