Appetite-regulating hormones may block alcohol cravings

The interaction of two appetite hormones, leptin and ghrelin, may prove key to developing new drugs to treat alcohol use disorder (AUD), a new study presented at the American Academy of Addiction Psychiatry (AAAP) 26th Annual Meeting suggests.
