Weight loss and metabolic outcomes improve with intermittent fasting and protein pacing diet

According to a study presented in Nature Communications, using intermittent fasting and protein pacing (IF-P) as a weight loss intervention and tool to improve gut health has better outcomes than calorie restriction. The IF-P method saw a 33% in visceral fat loss alongside improvements in glucose index.
