Population council presents positive results of Phase 3 trial of 1-year contraceptive vaginal ring (EurekAlert, 15 October 2013)

The Population council has evaluated the efficacy and safety of a long acting reversible contraceptive vaginal ring that prevents ovulation by repeatedly releasing a low dose of hormones.
