Male contraceptive pill inhibits sperm mobility in murine study

A study published in Nature Communications suggests that scientists may be closer to developing a non-hormonal and on-demand contraceptive pill for men. A study in mice saw positive outcomes by inhibiting the protein soluble adenylyl cyclase, which stops sperm from being able to swim.
