IVF 'higher risk of complication' (BBC News Online, 6 June 2012)

A report published by the Royal College of Obstetricians and Gynaecologists says that pregnancies resulting from IVF are associated with a higher risk of premature births and congenital abnormalities. However, the report also concluded there were no long-term effects of IVF pregancies with the vast majority of IVF children being as healthy their peers.
