Banking on Birmingham

At 11AM today, BBC Radio 4 are running a half hour piece on the National Sperm Bank based in Birmingham. The show will explore the National Sperm Bank's ambition to become a truly UK-wide service, hears arguments for and against Birmingham as its location, and considers its chances of solving the national crisis.
