The basic science prize has been won by Dr Carles Gaston-Massuet (University College London Institute of Child Health) for his abstract entitled 'Pituitary development: The answer is blowing in the Wnt'.
The clinical prize has been won by Dr Gerard Walls (University of Oxford, OCDEM) for his abstract entitled 'Clinical and pre-clinical studies of neuroendocrine tumours (NETs) in Multiple Endocrine Neoplasia Type 1 (MEN1), and evaluation of MEN1 gene replacement therapy for MEN1-associated NETs'.
Congratulations to both prize winners who will be presenting their lectures at 18:15 on the first day of the SfE BES 2013 conference (Harrogate, 18-21 March 2013).
