Young Endocrinologists' Prize lectures - abstract deadline - 15 October 2012

Applications are invited from endocrinologists who have not yet completed a PhD/up to 10 years post-PhD or who have not yet completed their clinical training, to present a 20 minute prize lecture on any subject under the general heading of endocrinology. This is likely to relate to an area of personal endocrine research, either in progress or recently completed.

The successful applicants will be asked to present their lecture at SfE BES 2013 (18-21 March, Harrogate) and will receive a £2,500 honorarium. Applicants must be members of the Society and will normally be Clinician-in-Training or Scientist-in-Training Members.

The deadline to submit an abstract for this prestigious award is Monday 15 October 2012. Applicants are also encouraged to submit their abstract separately to the conference to be considered for an oral or poster presentation by 15 November 2012.
