XGH mimics a neoplastic lesion

Xanthogranulomatous hypophysitis (XGH) is a very cause of pituitary dysfunction and

can mimic neoplastic lesions. Gopal-Kothandapani et al., describe the varying presentations of XGH in a child and two adults highlighting the wide spectrum of this condition that is yet to be defined.
