Various clinical and non-clinical positions in the field of bone and joint disease, Imperial College Healthcare NHS Trust, London, UK

12 Feb 2013

Added via Naturejobs. Imperial College London is making major investments in the field of bone and joint disease. A new cross-Faculty venture to study bone and joint disease has been established within the Departments of Medicine and Bioengineering and consolidates existing expertise to develop new and multi-disciplinary research approaches to investigate the genetic and molecular basis of bone and joint disorders. Clinical and/or non-clinical academic appointments in the broad area of bone and cartilage disease are sought.

This initiative provides an outstanding new environment to facilitate research flexibility and enable the successful candidate to develop an independent and cross-disciplinary programme of research in skeletal science. Candidates should have broad research experience in any aspect of bone, cartilage and matrix biology.

The level of appointment (Professor, Reader, Senior Lecturer, Lecturer and Research Fellows) and the generous supporting package will be determined according to experience. Accordingly, appointments and job descriptions will be individually negotiated.
