UPDATED TIME AND LOCATION: Your invitation to the Paediatric Endocrine Training Centres for Africa (PETCA) meeting - Friday 2 October 2015

A meeting has been convened again this year at ESPE 2015 to discuss the PETCA programme. This will take place on Friday 2 October, in Hall 7, 13:45 - 14:30. Light refreshments will be provided.

This will be the perfect opportunity to provide feedback about teaching activities at both the Nairobi and Lagos centres, curriculum, use of e-learning, examinations, details of the graduates, and progress with University recognition of the PETCA courses. We will also discuss plans for self sufficiency for PETCA from 2016 onwards and the role ESPE and ISPAD will play in the future; continuing to provide international tutors and external examiners for the courses and the support of speakers from both Societies at the annual ASPAE conferences.

We would like to encourage past tutors and graduates of PETCA to attend the meeting to provide feedback and advice to others wanting to learn more about the programme. If you would like to learn more about how you can contribute to this very worthwhile ESPE educational activity, please come along. We have plenty to talk about.
