Treament of Adrenal Insufficiency In Neonates and Infants (TAIN) Project Survey

17 Jul 2013

A communication requesting participation in a brief survey follows:

The care of neonates, infants and children with Adrenal Insufficiency (AI) presents a special challenge to endocrinologists as there is no licensed preparation of hydrocortisone for children less than 6 years of age.

With support from an EU funded collaboration, “TAIN” (Treatment of Adrenal Insufficiency in Neonates), we aim to evaluate the status quo of treatment for children with AI across Europe.

To get an overview of how hydrocortisone is prescribed, we would like to invite all colleagues to participate by answering the following short questionnaire: http://www.tain-project.org/survey/

By giving us literally one minute of your time you will help us understand how hydrocortisone is prescribed in young children with Adrenal Insufficiency.

Thank you very much for your input and support,
