In light of Sue Thorn’s resignation as Chief Executive of the Society, it is with great pleasure that the Society has bestowed on her Honorary Membership of the Society. Honorary Membership is bestowed by Council on those of special distinction; in Ms Thorn’s case, this is in recognition of her unprecedented contribution to the Society and BioScientifica as organisations and to endocrinology as a specialty.
