The Clinical Endocrinology Trust Visiting Professor 2019 – call for host centres (1)

We are pleased to announce that Professor Jérôme Bertherat will be joining our plenary lecturers at SfE BES this year. 

He will be touring up to 5 endocrine centres in the UK during the week commencing Sunday 3 November.  If you or colleagues would like to be considered to host a visit, please contact us by Friday 29 March.

The programme for the day visit is entirely up to you and may, if travel schedule allows, involve an evening dinner. All costs for the visit except travel and accommodation are borne by the host institution.

About the Visiting Professor

Professor Bertherat is professor of Endocrinology at Paris Descartes University, Chief of the Endocrinology Department of Cochin Hospital, head of the National Centre for Rare Adrenal Diseases and of the research team "Genomics and Signalling of Endocrine Tumours".

His main research specialties include Cushing's syndrome, the genetics of familial endocrine tumors and the molecular genetics of adrenocortical tumours.
