Tell your patients about this information day on the new thyroid guidelines (1)

The British Thyroid Foundation are holding a patient information day where medical professionals and patients will discuss the latest guidelines on the mangement of thyroid disease. 

The meeting will take place at The Abbey Centre, 34 Great Smith Street, Westminster, London SW1P 3BU 

The aim of the meeting is to provide information about the current best practice guidelines for the management of thyroid disorders in so far as they affect adults.

In particular speakers will focus on the NICE guidelines which will be published in November 2019. The meeting will not cover thyroid eye disease, pregnancy, thyroid surgery or thyroid cancer.
