TEDct Nurse / Health Professional Bursary

The Thyroid Eye Disease Charitable Trust (TEDct) would like to announce the launch of their Nurse/Health Professional Bursary scheme. The bursaries can be used to support education (course fees) or for travel/accommodation expenses to attend such courses or a combination of these.

Applications are invited for sums up to £500, however sums above £500 may also be considered. The bursary must be used only as stated on the application form and the course should be related to your work with TED patients or be of benefit to your working practice with patients suffering from TED. Further eligibility criteria and conditions of use will apply – these are available with the application forms.

Successful applicants will be required to present a session at a TEDct Patient Information Meeting and write an article for the TEDct Newsletter. Both must be understandable to a lay person.
