Survey – Screening of celiac disease in type 1 diabetes patients

We would be grateful if ESPE members would participate in the online survey below, from a research team with a particular interest in screening for celiac disease in asymptomatic type 1 diabetes mellitus patients.

The web-based survey will target paediatric endocrinologists and paediatricians with an expertise in type 1 diabetes. To our knowledge, this survey counts among the first to be undertaken in this field.

The survey is composed of 17 questions, which can be completed in less than 5 minutes. All answers will be collected anonymously.  This research is led by ESPE members Dr Diane Rottembourg and Dr Brigitte Moreau, both from the University of Sherbrooke, Canada.
