Simon Singh wins libel court battle (The Guardian, 1 April 2010)

The science writer Simon Singh has won the right to rely on the defence of fair comment previously denied him by the high court in a libel claim brought against him by the British Chiropactic Association. The case has prompted a number of eminent academics and journalists to call for a reform to the english libel laws.
