Set up your lab with our new Equipment Grant

The start of the New Year brings with it an exciting new funding opportunity for members undertaking research as a principal investigator.

In 2015 we will be launching a brand new Equipment Grant worth up to £10,000! Aimed at those in a first lectureship or holding a charity fellowship, the Equipment Grant will provide invaluable support and funding to members looking to establish a laboratory and purchase vital equipment.

Equipment Grant applications can be submitted for pieces of equipment, part pieces of larger equipment or basic lab items.  Equipment service or maintenance costs applications will also be considered if justified appropriately.

Up to three Equipment Grants will be offered in 2015. Members may not apply for more than one equipment grant per year. The deadline for applications is 27 May 2015.
