We are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic individual to join the groups of Professor Abigail Fowden and Dr Andrew Murray.
Collectively, their research focuses on mitochondrial function during development and ageing, and how conditions during early life programme development can increase susceptibility to adult-onset degenerative diseases.
The position is fixed-term, with funds available for 2 years in the first instance. The post holder will provide mainly molecular biology support, as well as some assistance with animal work, to ensure that the objectives of the research project are achieved.
Applicants should have an HNC or equivalent in biochemistry or a biology-related subject.
