Via www.naturejobs.com. Danone Research Centre for Specialised Nutrition is a science innovation centre for the development of new product concepts for baby and medical nutrition. The centre creates formulas that provide clinically substantiated health benefits to vulnerable consumers – infants, toddlers, elderly and patients. The Senior Nutritionist will be a member of the Global Superior Nutrition Milks pyramid and will be responsible for building and providing the nutrition expertise for baby and toddler milks.

Applicants should hold a PhD in human nutrition with proven affinity for experimental biology/biochemistry or a PhD in physiology/endocrinology/life sciences with proven affinity for human nutrition; have at least 3 years working experience after finalising PhD; have advanced knowledge and preferably professional experience in the area of child and maternal (mal)nutrition; and hands-on experience in one or more of the following science areas: (human) physiology, growth and development, endocrinology, life sciences or food biochemistry.
