Research Midwife/Nurse and Paediatric Research Nurse (2 posts): Maternal Vitamin D Osteoporosis Study - University of Southampton

Two Research Nurse positions are available to work on the MAVIDOS Maternal Vitamin D Osteoporosis Study, a trial of vitamin D supplements in pregnant women from 12 weeks to delivery. The trial will investigate the effect of vitamin D supplementation on intrauterine bone mineral accrual in the offspring, and will involve long-term follow-up of the children.

A registered Research Midwife or Research Nurse is needed to help recruitment for MAVIDOS, whilst a Paediatric Research Nurse is required for follow-up. The Paediatric Research Nurse position will also work on the Southampton Womens' Survey (details on job advert below).
