The aim of the research project is to investigate the role of autoantibody-secreting B-cells in the regulation of T-cell responses to a major autoantigen in Type 1 diabetes. Candidates should have a Ph.D. in immunology, cell biology or a related area and postdoctoral experience in cellular immunology would be an advantage. Salary will be on Grade 6 up to a maximum of spine point 33, currently ranging from £29,138 to £30,912 per annum plus £2,323 London allowance.
