Public Event - Growth Hormone - more than just a tall story?

The Fair, now in its second year, will feature a stand all about growth hormone, which is sponsored by the Society for Endocrinology following the award of a Public Engagement Grant to Dr Maralyn Druce (London).

Dr Druce and student volunteers from Barts and the London Medical School and Queen Mary University of London will introduce the Fair-goers to growth charts, acromegaly, adult growth hormone deficiency and the darker side of growth hormone abuse.
