The Egg and Sperm Race is a science communication initiative designed to engage festival audiences in key reproductive processes and reproductive health. The focus is on how researchers at the MRC Centre for Reproductive Health are working to develop new ways to diagnose and treat reproductive and endocrine associated disorders that affect fertility.

Thanks to the award of a Public Engagement Grant to Egg and Sperm Race organisers Vicky Young and Gemma Sharp (Edinburgh), they’ll be heading along to Einstein’s Garden at family-friendly Green Man Festival in the Brecon Beacons to engage festival-goers with reproductive biology!

The Festival takes place from 17-19 August. More information is available at the event profile and at their blog and Twitter feed.
