This Professorship entails principal responsibility for research and third-cycle (PhD-level) courses and study programmes in the subject area of international child health, as well as supervision and teaching in the third, second and first cycle (postgraduate, graduate, and undergraduate levels). Administrative and management assignments may become additional duties. The Professor is also expected to provide general information about research and developmental work in the field. If the post is combined with a post as specialist physician, clinical work will be performed at the Uppsala University Hospital.
