Postdoctoral Position: Modeling thyroid development from human stem cells - Brussels, Belgium

Added via NatureJobs. A post-doctoral position is available in the Sabine Costagliola Lab to model thyroid development and thyroid diseases using human ES/IPS cells.

The lab uses pluripotent stem cells to study the embryonic development of the thyroid, and seeks a motivated individual to decipher the regulatory mechanisms involved in embryonic thyroid development from human pluripotent stem cells. This project will likely involve Chip-Seq, microarrays, RNA-Seq,TALENs/CRISPRs, and cell culture approaches. The project will also interact with ongoing work in the Lab on Zebrafish models.
