Added via Nature Jobs. The Welcome Trust Sanger Institute Systems Biology of Bones Group at the University of Cambridge seeks a highly motivated Postdoctoral Fellow to carry out fundamental research generating and analysing genomic and proteomic datasets to understand human skeletal diseases.
The successful applicant will be expected to work on a number of different projects in collaboration with fellow team members but also other groups within the Institute to provide expert analysis of large scale transcriptomic and proteomic data. They will be able to evaluate large quantities of data in order to devise, design and implement strategies to initiate new areas of research and further current scientific investigations, and be able to maintain consistent progress and organisation of this work at all times.
