The Grenoble Institute of Technology seeks a PhD student to conduct 2D and 3D analysis of the biomaterial/bone tissue interface in macroporous implants where bone has been grown thanks to an osteo-inductive coating. High resolution microscopy techniques (SEM, microCT at ESRF Grenoble) and histology will be used. Based at the Laboratoire des Matériaux et du Génie Physique (LMGP), the student will be lead by Professor C Picart.
