Patient Group Liaison representative vacancy on the Public Engagement Committee

The Society for Endocrinology Public Engagement Committee seeks a clinician member to sit as Patient Group Liaison representative.

The Committee advises and provides support to the Council on setting the Society’s policy regarding public and media issues. It also provides support to Society members who would like to take part in public engagement events. Finally, the Committee provides specialist endocrine advice on specific projects. These range from helping create an outreach strategy to educate schoolchildren about endocrinology to helping select journal articles and abstracts for media releases.
