The Spanish National Centre for Cardiovascular Research (CNIC) in Madrid, Spain, seeks postdoctoral candidates to join its research teams translating new knowledge into real improvements in clinical practice. The scientific work of the centre has been structured in three areas: Cardiovascular Development and Repair; Vascular Biology and Inflammation; Epidemiology, Atherothrombosis and Imaging.
Candidates must hold a PhD degree that must have been awarded no more than five years ago (exceptions will be made for documented career brakes and candidates with children), have at least one publication as first author in an international peer reviewed journal, and must not have resided or carried out their main activity in Spain for more than twelve months in the last three years.
