Nonpituitary sellar lesions

While pituitary adenomas are the most common lesions in the sellar region, a significant minority are not pituitary adenomas. In this retrospective case study, Valassi and colleagues assessed the prevalence of sellar masses in a large series of patients from one centre over a 10 year period.
