New Treasurer and CME Officer

The new BSPED Treasurer and BSPED CME Officer were appointed by election at the BSPED Annual General Meeting (AGM) on 23 November 2017. Dr Sabah Alvi, Consultant in Paediatric Endocrinology and Gender Dysphoria at Leeds Children’s Hospital, was elected to the post of Treasurer and will join the Executive Committee as Treasurer-Elect for the next year, prior to officially taking office in November 2018. Dr Anitha Kumaran, Consultant in Paediatric Endocrinology and Diabetes at University Hospital Southampton was elected to the post of CME Officer, to take effect immediately.  Our congratulations to Drs Alvi and Kumaran.

We are also very grateful to Dr Senthil Senniappan for all his hard work as CME Officer over the past 3 years and thank him for organising a hugely successful CME Day.
